What is Leaflet Distribution?
Leaflet Distribution, Leaflet delivery, Flyer Distribution, Flyer Delivery, Letterbox Marketing or Door Drop Marketing has become an effective medium in which to promote your business.
Do you guarantee your leaflet distribution?
We do guarantee 95%. What we mean by 95% is that there is a possibility that there will be the occasional missed house, street or cul-de-sac when we are out and about delivering. But rest assured all of your advertising materials will be distributed. We make every effort to cover every street in your targeted area. The industry standard allows for a 10% margin of error, but Hallway Distribution will not allow more the 5% margin for error.
Is there a minimum leaflet distribution order?
There is no minimum order, but leaflet distribution is a numbers game, so the more you have delivered the more response you are likely to get. However a minimum contract would be enough leaflets to cover a single postcode sector, that you select to canvas.
How long is your lead time?
In highly populated areas our lead time is usually about 5 days.
How do we ensure the leaflets are delivered properly?
We offer GPS tracking for all campaigns. Plus, we can also provide you with a daily distribution report, so you know exactly each day which roads, and even which houses have your leaflet.
Do you deliver to every house in the target area?
We try our very best to deliver to all houses within any targeted area. Penetration rate can vary depending on exact distribution location. We also don’t deliver to “no junk mail houses”, also flats that we cannot gain access to. Your leaflets will not be left in entrance ways or outside of any flats or buildings.
How long before distribution do you require my leaflets?
We require your leaflets to be in our possession at least 4 days before any distribution commences.
Will my leaflets be distributed at the same time with my competitors’ leaflets?
The simply answer is no, never.
Do you hire illegals or people off the street to do my deliveries?
No, all of our delivery people are pre-screened and trained. We know that any business is entrusting us with their advertising material. In return we only take on trustworthy and reliable people.
What are your payment terms?
We accept payment via BACS system. Full payment is required at the same time we receive your magazines, leaflets or flyers, unless agreed differently.
Payment must be paid by the given date highlighted on the invoice, we reserve the right to add interest for late payments on a weekly basis of between 10% & 20%.

What type of response should I expect from my door to door delivery campaign?
Customer response, is determined by your message. A great message, with a great offer, will bring more customers to your door. We accept no responsibility for a low response rate but are happy to advise customers on the quality and wording of their advertising material.
Who delivers my material?
We have dedicated distributors in all local areas. They work under the supervision of our management team, reporting to the office on a daily basis.
Can you collect my leaflets?
Yes we can collect for a small charge, depending on weight and quantity of materials locally within the area.
